A suspected drug dealer has been charged after officers uncovered an estimated £32,800 worth of drugs in the Canterbury area
Three men have been charged with offences following a disturbance in Margate

On the morning of Tuesday 19 September 2023, Kent Police officers carried out a warrant at a property in Blean. A number of mobile phones, sim cards and laptops were found, along with a bag for life containing cannabis bud, digital scales, a quantity of cash, a knuckle duster, and a bag of suspected cocaine.

Following an investigation by detectives from Margate CID, Paul Moat, of Bourne Lodge Close, Blean, was arrested and charged with possession of 233 grams of cocaine with intent to supply, possession of 1.4 kilos of cannabis with intent to supply, and possession of a knuckleduster.

The 34-year-old appeared at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 20 September where he was remanded in custody. The case will next be heard at Canterbury Crown Court on Monday 23 October.
