A crane has partially collapsed amid high winds in Kingston

A crane has partially collapsed amid high winds in #Kingston. The crane is believed to be located on a building site which forms part of the Kingston University Penrhyn Road Campus development. Met Police say they were called shortly after 4.00pm to Fassett Road. Emergency services remain at the scene. Police say at this early stage there are no reported injuries and that a number of local residents have been evacuated as a precaution
