William Chinyanga, 50 of north London, was charged on Wednesday, 13 January with four counts of encouraging terrorism, contrary to section 1 of the Terrorism Act 2006. He was arrested on 25 February 2020 by officers from the Met’s Counter Terrorism Command. Chinyanga is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 26 January.
