A friend of his described him as “energetic and happy” and that he was “always smiling”. Turgay, 33, was stabbed in a flat above Mascara Bar on Stamford Hill, Stoke Newington, a little before 11am on Friday June 4. Katarzyna Poniatowska, 31, was arrested at the scene and later charged with murder
