Man in his 50s found dead in Gravesend home

A man in his 50s has been found dead at a home in Gravesend.
Concerns for the welfare of a person were raised in Taunton Vale just before 1pm on September 9.
Officers and South East Coast Ambulance Service attended and a man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The death is being treated as non-suspicious and a report is being completed for the coroner.
The man’s next of kin have been informed.
A spokesperson for Kent Police said: “Police was called to concerns for the welfare of a person at an address in Taunton Vale, Gravesend, at 12.57pm on Monday 9 September 2024.
“Officers and South East Coast Ambulance Service attended the scene where a man in his 50s was subsequently confirmed to be deceased.
“The death is being treated as non-suspicious and a report is being completed for the coroner.
“The deceased’s next of kin have been informed.”
