Witnesses are being urged to come forward following the death of a motorcyclist in Gillingham – UKNIP

Kent Police was called to Richmond Road at around 2.15pm on Friday 21 July 2023 after a collision involving a black Mercedes convertible and a black Triumph motorbike.

Officers attended along with South East Coast Ambulance Service and the air ambulance but the rider of the bike, a man in his 40s, sadly died at the scene.

His next of kin has been informed.

Witnesses to the incident are urged to contact the Serious Collision Investigation Unit on 01622 798538 quoting reference HW/DH/76/23 or email [email protected]

Officers would also like to hear from anyone with relevant dashcam, doorbell or CCTV footage, which can be submitted at this link.
