Urgent Appeal Launched to Locate Missing Woman in Salisbury

Police are urgently seeking the public’s assistance to locate Sharon Jones, 47, who has been reported missing from the Salisbury area. Sharon was last seen at 6.40 am on Saturday, October 5, and concerns for her wellbeing are growing.

Sharon is described as being around 5ft 7in tall, with long blonde hair and a pale complexion.

Detective Chief Inspector Lucy Thorne stated, “We are urgently appealing to members of the public to call us on 999 if they sight Sharon. I would also like to appeal directly to Sharon – if you are reading this, please contact us, a family member, or someone you trust to let them know you are safe and well. There are many people who are worried about you. You are not in any trouble, and we are here to support you.

A coordinated search is currently underway with the assistance of Wiltshire Search and Rescue volunteers.

Anyone who sees Sharon or has any information that could assist in locating her is urged to contact police immediately by calling 999 and quoting log 54240117586.
