Authorities in Ilkeston are appealing for the public’s help in identifying two men who are believed to have important information regarding a car damage incident. The incident occurred on Sunday, October 8, outside a property on Ladywood Road.

The victim reported the incident to the police at 15.40 BST on the same day. According to the victim, two individuals had visited his property to view a car he had advertised for sale. However, after they left, he discovered that oil had been poured into the antifreeze of the vehicle.

An investigation has been launched into the incident, and the police are eager to speak with the two men captured in a CCTV image. They believe that these individuals may possess crucial information that can assist in their inquiries.

The authorities have released the CCTV image, urging anyone who recognises the men or witnessed any suspicious activity on Ladywood Road between 12:50 BST. and 13.30 BST on Sunday, October 8, to come forward with any relevant information.
