Two men have been arrested as part of an investigation into an assault in Andover

Police were called at 11.32pm on Saturday 27 July to a report that a man had been assaulted near the seating area in High Street, Andover. The 42-year-old man sustained facial injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment. Officers arrested two 30-year-old men from Andover, both on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm. They have been released from custody on police bail, pending further enquiries. We would like to hear from anyone who saw what happened or has any information that could help our investigation.
