In the early hours of this morning, a man in his 20s was rushed to the hospital in South London following a stabbing on Sutton High Street. The incident took place around 2:15 am, and a crime scene remains in place outside the train station as officers from the Met Police investigate the attack.
Upon arrival at the scene, police and paramedics from the London Ambulance Service discovered the victim suffering from stab wounds. He was quickly transported to the hospital for urgent medical attention. Fortunately, the authorities have confirmed that his injuries, although serious enough to require treatment, are not life-threatening.
As the investigation begins, no arrests have been made in connection with the stabbing thus far. The police are appealing to members of the public for their assistance in providing any information that could aid in their inquiries.
