Second arrest made by Police after Portsmouth attack

Officers investigating after a 20-year-old man, from Birmingham, was discovered with serious injuries in Portsmouth shortly before midnight on Saturday (17 Feb), have made a second arrest. A 23-year-old man from London has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. A 21-year-old man from London who was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder on 18 February, was later released with no further action to be taken.
