Police issued CCTV after burglary in Portsmouth

Hampshire Constabulary are investigating a burglary in Portsmouth have issued a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to. Officers were called following a burglary in London Road, Portsmouth, which happened between 11am and 12.45pm on July 7. Entry was gained via the front door and several items from inside were stolen including a black Fossil handbag containing bank cards, £200 in cash and some jewellery. Officers are keen to speak to the man in the CCTV image, as he may have information that could assist with the investigation. Do you know who he is?
