Police hunting bank card post theif

Thames Valley Police is releasing CCTV images of a man who may have vital information in connection with an incident of burglary and fraud in Oxford. At around 4:15pm on Saturday 28 July the offender entered a building on Radcliffe Square and stole post belonging to a woman in her twenties. The post contained a bank card which was subsequently used to withdraw £600 at various cash machines.
