Police Appeal for Information: Hit-and-Run Incident Involving Three-Year-Old Boy in Newcastle – UKNIP

Incident Details: At approximately 8.15pm yesterday, police received a report of a collision involving a motorcycle and a young child. According to witnesses, the boy was crossing the road when he was struck by the motorcycle. The vehicle had a male rider and a male pillion passenger.

The impact caused the pillion passenger to be thrown from the motorcycle, and both the rider and passenger fled the scene immediately.

Injuries: The young boy suffered a broken arm and bruising to his body. He was promptly taken to the hospital for medical treatment, where he remains under observation.

Appeal for Witnesses: Police are appealing to anyone who was in the vicinity of Kingsway at the time of the incident to come forward. Additionally, if you have dashcam footage capturing the moments leading up to the collision, police would like to see it.

Motorcycle Description: The motorcycle involved is described as black with red accents. After the collision, it was last seen heading toward Fenham Hall Drive.
