Police Appeal After Teenager Assaulted and Robbed in Crawley

Police are appealing for witnesses after a 16-year-old boy was assaulted and had his phone stolen in Crawley.

The incident happened at around 9.20pm on Monday, 11 August, in Dorsten Square. The victim was approached by three teenagers, who are believed to have been travelling west on the number 3 bus shortly before the incident.

During the robbery, the boy suffered minor injuries when he was assaulted. The suspects then made off with his phone.

Sussex Police say they are pursuing multiple lines of inquiry and are urging anyone who saw what happened, or who has information or relevant footage, to come forward.
