TRAGIC END Missing Swindon Man Found Dead in Woodland

 

Tragic news from Swindon as 29-year-old Louis Lobbon, missing since Monday afternoon, has been found dead in woodland near Dorcan Way.

Search Efforts End in Heartbreak

Police had been on the hunt for Louis since he vanished on Monday, 20 October. After days of searching, including unsuccessful police helicopter scans, Wiltshire Search and Rescue teams were called in on Wednesday afternoon.

Body Discovered Near Snodshill Roundabout

Louis’ body was located in woodland off Dorcan Way, close to Snodshill Roundabout, late Tuesday evening (22 October). Wiltshire Police confirmed the grim discovery.

“A search was launched after Louis was reported missing – having last been seen on Monday,” a Wiltshire Police spokesperson said. “Sadly, a body was located in woods off Dorcan Way, Swindon last night. While formal identification has not yet taken place, Louis’ family have been informed.

“There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding this death. The family have asked for privacy at this very difficult time and will reach out when ready. Our thoughts are with them.”

Residents and friends are urged to respect the family’s privacy during this heartbreaking time.
