The M4 in South Gloucestershire is closed westbound between J21 (for the M48) and J22 (for the M49) due to a collision involving 4 vehicles, one of which has come to rest on its roof.
Emergency services including Avon and Somerset Police are in attendance.
Highways England Traffic Officers are also providing assistance with traffic management at scene.
