Lucy’s Murder mum Says “Please don’t Blame his Family for her Death” As Murder Suspect Quiz Continues

Tearful mum Stacey White from Mansel Road Southampton took to social media last night (Saturday) asking people not to blame the arrested man’s family for her daughter’s death as the murder probe continues. Care worker Mum Stacey 30 posted an emotional Facebook tribute to her “bright, cheerful and much loved” daughter And, sharing a link to a Go Fund Me page set up to pay for the youngster’s funeral, she wrote: “My precious baby girl.” She added: “We’re all trying to come to terms with it all slowly and just feel numb.” She also posted asking people not to blame her family for the death of her cheerful rock loving daughter who was found partially clothed in a wooded area in Southampton in the early hours of Friday morning. Forensic officers have spent two days searching the house where he lived with his mum Detectives arrested a 24-year-old man on suspicion of sexual activity with a minor and the murder of Lucy. A spokesman for Hampshire police said the arrested suspect had not yet been charged and remained in custody being questioned.
