Police Warn: Stalking Has Devastating Impact

“The defendant’s behaviour has had an extremely significant impact on the victim’s life,” said Detective Constable Thomas Norman of Bournemouth CID. “She continues to live in fear and has described these events as destroying her life.”

“We want victims of stalking to get the support they need — no one should feel scared or threatened.”

“We take stalking seriously and are committed to holding offenders like Foster-Smith accountable.”
