Desperate Hunt for Missing Children: Elise and Elliot Vanish from Banbury

Police have launched an urgent appeal for help locating two missing children who vanished from Banbury three days ago and may have travelled more than 20 miles from home.

Elise and Elliot, both believed to be teenagers, were last seen on Wednesday, April 16, and are thought to be together. Thames Valley Police say they are growing increasingly concerned for the pair’s welfare.

Children May Have Travelled to Milton Keynes

The force confirmed in a public appeal that Elise and Elliot have known links to both Banbury and Milton Keynes, raising fears they may have travelled out of the area.

In a Facebook post shared on Saturday night, a spokesperson said:

“We are concerned for the welfare of two missing children from Banbury, Oxfordshire. Elise and Elliot are believed to be together and have been missing since 16/4/25.”

Images of the missing boy and girl were released alongside the appeal. Police are urging anyone who may have seen them or has information about their whereabouts to get in touch immediately.
