Body Believed to Be Missing Leeds Man Craig Jarratt, 52, Found by Police

 

A body believed to be that of Craig Jarratt, 52, from Morley, Leeds, has been found by officers searching for the missing man, according to a statement shared by Missing Persons Team UK.

Craig had been last seen on Wednesday 14 May 2025, prompting a public appeal and search efforts coordinated by police and local volunteers.

In a public update, it was confirmed that formal identification is yet to take place, but the body is believed to be Craig. His family have been informed of the development and are being supported during this difficult time.

Our thoughts are with Craig’s family and loved ones,” said a representative from the Missing Persons Team UK, who also thanked supporters for sharing the appeal and raising awareness during the search.
