14 People Have Been Charged With Drug Related Offences As Part Of An Ongoing Investigation By The Serious And Organised Crime Branch At Devon & Cornwall Police

Following arrests made by police on Wednesday 12 October in the North West and South East, 14 people have been charged with drug related offences as part of an ongoing investigation by the Serious and Organised Crime Branch at Devon & Cornwall Police. They are next due to appear in court as follows: Remanded in custody to appear at Exeter Crown Court on Thursday 17 November: Benjamin Burns, 23, of Homer Road, Prescot Georgie Keating, 23, of Cromford Road, Liverpool Jamie Marshall, 21, of Burham Close, Penge, London Jake Myers, 22, of Preston Park, Brighton   Released on conditional bail to appear at Exeter Crown Court on Thursday 17 November: Christy Keating, 23, of Mckeagney Gardens, Cheshire Dannielle Marshall, 26, of Wichling Close, Oprington Taylor Burns, 30, of Berkely Crescent, Lancashire Christopher Mallen, 64, of Nyland Road, Knowsly Kevin Mallen, 40, of Lincombe Road, Liverpool Maggie Burns, 20, of Homer Road, Prescot Dominic McLoughlin, 43, of Chorley Road, Liverpool James Casey, 43, of River Bank Walk, Colchester   Remanded in custody to appear at Exeter Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 9 November: Thomas Keating, 42, of New North Road, Exeter Joseph Duffy, 28, of Harebel Close, Cheshire   A 44-year-old man from Liverpool was arrested on suspicion of drugs offences and has been released on police bail until Tuesday 8 November.
