Fire crews from Bognor, Chichester, and Littlehampton have been mobilised to address a fire that broke out at a commercial unit in Shripney Road, Bognor Regis.

Residents in the vicinity have been advised to steer clear of the area and take precautions by closing doors and windows to minimize smoke exposure.

The Waterfront Accident Repair Centre, situated at the location, confirmed the incident on Facebook. They reported, “We had a fire today… everyone who’s in work got out of the flames safe, and no one was hurt.” A photograph shared by the company depicts two firefighters battling the blaze.

Emergency services are working diligently to bring the situation under control and ensure the safety of the surrounding community.
