The incident occurred on Thursday prompting authorities to launch an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the accident.

Mr. Palmer was immediately rushed to the hospital following the collision but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries. As news of his passing spread, his family released a heartfelt tribute in his memory. Describing him as a beloved family man and grandad, they expressed their deep sorrow and struggle to come to terms with the sudden loss.
