Police in Johnstone are appealing for information following a hit and run incident that occurred on Thursday, October 5, 2023. The incident involved a motorbike and a pedestrian on Cochranemill Road at approximately 19.20
Emergency services quickly responded to the scene, and the pedestrian, a 15-year-old male youth, was taken to the Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow for treatment. Unfortunately, the rider of the motorbike fled the scene, and efforts are currently underway to locate them.
Authorities are appealing to the public for any information that could assist with the investigation.
