The adrenaline-fuelled reality series, Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, has made a gripping return to Channel 4. The latest season, comprising seven intense episodes each lasting 60 minutes, kicked off on Tuesday with the next episode tonight at 9pm on Channel 4
In what promises to be the most challenging series to date, sixteen new celebrities will undergo seven weeks of gruelling jungle stages inspired by SAS selection. With an unprecedented number of celebrity recruits participating, the cast includes notable figures such as former Health Secretary Matt Hancock, singers Gareth Gates, Michelle Heaton, and Siva Kaneswaran, TV personality Danielle Lloyd, TV presenter Melinda Messenger, and many more.
These celebrities will face no allowances or exceptions as they navigate mental and physical challenges, including brutal tasks and interrogations. The punishing jungle phase, known for being one of the toughest environments faced by Special Forces operatives, will test the recruits to their limits.
Chief Instructor Billy Billingham MBE QCB and his elite team of Directing Staff (DS) – Foxy (Jason Fox), Rudy Reyes, and Chris Oliver – will lead the rigorous selection process. Celebrity status and luxuries will be stripped away as soon as the recruits enter the selection process, emphasising the program’s ethos of self-motivation, self-discipline, pursuit of excellence, and the will to never give up.
Throughout the series, the DS will decide which celebrities have what it takes to pass this unique SAS selection course. The recruits will be pushed emotionally, physically, and mentally beyond their comfort zones, with no concessions or excuses. As the celebrities reach the end of the course, the true test of strength in mind, body, and spirit will determine those who successfully complete the challenge.
Chief Instructor Billy emphasised, “No concessions, No excuses!! Only results…” Foxy noted the need for self-sufficiency and resilience, highlighting that the course is an awakening for celebrities. Rudy stressed the importance of grit and merit in Special Operations, while Chris emphasised the relentless nature of the jungle environment.
Prepare for an unmissable series where celebrities face the ultimate test of strength, endurance, and resilience. Tune in to Channel 4 to witness the action unfold, or catch the show via live stream. The jungle is calling, and only the truly strong will emerge victorious in Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.
