Wiltshire Police officers are seeking assistance from the public following a suspected arson attack that occurred at a business premises in Tidworth.
The incident unfolded at approximately 04:50 BST on Saturday, September 16, at Jiggaz Grill located in Zouch Market. During the attack, perpetrators shattered three windows at the establishment, resulting in minor fire damage to the interior. Thankfully, no injuries were reported in connection with the incident.
Authorities believe that the suspects employed a dark-coloured BMW to transport themselves to and from the scene of the crime.
Detective Chief Inspector Nick Mawson commented on the ongoing investigation, stating, “We believe this was a targeted attack, and we have launched extensive inquiries to shed light on the circumstances.”
As part of the investigative efforts, law enforcement is appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or possesses relevant evidence, including CCTV footage, doorbell camera recordings, or dashcam footage, to come forward immediately.
