Officers are worried about his safety after he went missing in the St Anns area around 5.40pm on July 21, 2022
Tomas is described as white, with a proportionate build, and standing around 5ft 6ins tall. He is bald and was last seen wearing a black hat, a dark blue vest, and grey shorts.
