A tragic incident unfolded in Chicago’s Uptown neighbourhood on Saturday evening, resulting in the death of a person who was stabbed multiple times. Authorities responded to the scene after receiving reports of the stabbing on North Sheridan Road.
At approximately 19.40 emergency services were alerted to the 4600 block of North Sheridan Road. Details regarding the events leading up to the incident are still unclear. However, police have confirmed that a man was viciously attacked with a sharp object, sustaining multiple stab wounds.
The victim was swiftly transported to a nearby hospital, initially listed in critical condition. Sadly, the Chicago Police Department later provided an update, announcing that the victim had succumbed to the injuries and passed away.
