Missing Man Jack Vanishes After Leaving Hospital
Jack was last spotted leaving Frimley Park Hospital around 10am on Tuesday, 8 March. Since then, he’s disappeared without a trace. Authorities are growing seriously worried about his wellbeing as Jack is vulnerable.

- Approximately 6ft 1in tall
- Last seen wearing black skinny jeans and a hoodie
