Two Men arrested after Drugs Raid in Southampton

Two men have been arrested as part of a drugs warrant carried out at an address in Milton Road, Southampton, on Thursday, February 25.

A quantity of drugs, paraphernalia and cash was seized. A 23-year-old man from Southampton was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled drug of Class A and possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class B. A 25-year-old man from Southampton was arrested on suspicion of attempt to possess with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class B and posses with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class B. Both men were released on bail until April 29, pending further enquiries. PC Charlie Buckingham said: “The supply and use of illegal drugs will not be tolerated in Southampton and we will continue to take robust action to disrupt this activity. “Anyone who has concerns or information about drug misuse is urged to contact their local Neighbourhood Policing Team on 101.”
