Kent Police are investigating an assault that occurred during a road rage incident on Rock Avenue, Gillingham, at around 3.30pm on 16 May 2026. The victim reported that a white Ford Focus ST aggressively cut him up in traffic before the driver and passenger exited the vehicle and physically attacked him.
The victim sustained facial injuries after being punched and then kicked while on the ground. Following the assault, the men sped off in the Ford Focus ST. This violent attack on the road has raised concerns about increasing confrontations arising from minor traffic disputes.
Kent Police have issued an urgent appeal for witnesses and any dashcam footage from the area at the time of the incident. Authorities are asking anyone with information to come forward to assist with the investigation.
