On Saturday, 7 March 2026, at around 4pm, a violent incident took place at a property in Aylesbury. A man prevented a woman from leaving and forcibly took her phone, leading to a tense struggle witnessed by bystanders. The victim was visibly upset and fought to regain possession of her phone amid hostile arguments.

During the ordeal, a mystery woman walking along Coldharbour Way stepped in to assist. She returned the victim’s phone and escorted her to the Honey Bee pub for safety and support.

PC Luke Pollard of Aylesbury Police stated, “We know that a woman intervened to help the victim after she became distressed, and we are very keen to speak with her as part of our investigation. Her actions were incredibly important in ensuring the victim was safe, and she may have vital information about the incident.”

Police are urgently trying to locate this Good Samaritan. Anyone who was present or knows the identity of this woman is asked to come forward immediately.

A 22-year-old man from Aylesbury has been arrested on suspicion of assault by beating, false imprisonment, and harassment. He is currently on conditional bail while detectives continue their investigation.
