A 23-year-old man from Basingstoke, who was previously arrested for conspiracy to murder, has now been re-arrested on suspicion of murder in relation to the death of Frazer Brabant.

Alongside him, a 21-year-old woman has been detained on suspicion of assisting an offender. Both individuals remain in police custody as inquiries continue.

Frazer Brabant, aged 31, was found with serious head injuries in the rear garden of a home on Gershwin Road on October 31, 2019. He was taken to hospital but sadly passed away on January 21, 2020.

The investigation into Frazer’s death has led to 18 arrests so far. Hampshire Police are actively seeking further information from the public.

A spokesperson for Hampshire Police said, “We continue to encourage anyone with information on this incident to come forward by calling 101 and quoting Operation Enhance. Alternatively, people can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, where information can be left anonymously.”
