A tragic collision occurred at 5.57pm on Thursday, 22 December 2022, on the London-bound M20 at Junction 4 near New Hythe, resulting in the death of a man in his 50s.

The crash involved a white Volvo lorry, a blue Peugeot, and a grey Audi. Emergency services, including Kent Police and the South East Coast Ambulance Service, responded promptly to the scene.

Despite their efforts, the man was pronounced dead at the site of the collision.

Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit is currently investigating the fatal incident. They are urging anyone who witnessed the crash or has dashcam footage from the time leading up to the collision to come forward.
