A 19-year-old motorcyclist is currently recovering after a serious crash involving a lorry on London Road, Stone, near Dartford. The collision occurred late on Thursday, February 20, at approximately 10.05pm.
Emergency services including Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service, and Kent Fire and Rescue responded swiftly to the scene. The injured teenager was airlifted to a hospital in London and remains in a serious but stable condition.
PC James Galbraith from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit has issued an appeal for witnesses to come forward. He stated: “We want to hear from witnesses or local residents with CCTV covering London Road at the time of the crash. We’re also keen to speak to drivers who were on the road and might have dashcam footage of the motorcycle before the collision.”
