Kent Fire and Rescue Service scrambled crews after reports of two vans ablaze at a property on Roberts Road, Gillingham, Tuesday evening.
Two fire engines arrived swiftly, dousing the flames with two hose reel jets.
Emergency teams gave first aid to one individual on scene suffering from shock and smoke inhalation.
The victim was then handed over to South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmb) for further care.
