Wiltshire Police are investigating after a 17-year-old boy was assaulted in an unprovoked attack in an alleyway near Sudeley Way, Swindon.
The incident occurred on Wednesday, 16 October, at approximately 5:15pm. According to reports, three youths approached the teenage victim before one punched him in the face and struck him on the back of the head, causing minor injuries.
Police have described the main suspect as a white male of small build, wearing a white scarf with black patterns. All three attackers had scarves covering their faces and were dressed in hooded tops.
Officers believe that several people may have witnessed the attack and are urging anyone with information to come forward to assist with the investigation.
