A 17-year-old boy was stabbed in broad daylight in an alleyway in Slough on 21 October. The attack took place around 3.20pm in an alley off Station Road, directly opposite Langley College.
The victim suffered stab wounds to his chest and underarm but is now in stable condition in hospital.
Thames Valley Police arrested two boys from Hayes in connection with the incident. A 16-year-old has been released on bail facing charges of affray and knife possession, while a 17-year-old remains in custody charged with affray and carrying an offensive weapon.
Detective Sergeant Josh Beasleigh said: “We are appealing for any witnesses to come forward. There were many people nearby when this happened, so chances are someone saw it.”
He added: “Motorists in the area are also asked to check dashcam footage in case they captured anything important.”
“Our officers have ramped up patrols locally. Please speak to them if you have concerns.”
