Rebecca was 22 years old at the time of her disappearance. She was 5ft 8in tall with a slim build, long curly mousy brown hair, and was living with friends on Beatty Avenue. She was close to her mother Lynne Simmonds, sister Laura, and her grandparents. Rebecca was the mother of a three-year-old son named Tyler and had attended Chapter School in Strood.

Her sister Laura has raised nearly £2,000 for the Missing People charity in Rebecca’s name, helping to keep the case in the public eye. A family spokesperson said, “We appeal to Rebecca’s friends and anyone with information to come forward. We need to know what happened to her.” Kent Police have exhausted all leads but maintain that no stone has been left unturned. Although the family fears the worst, they continue to hold onto hope until a clear answer is found.
