Kent Police are urgently hunting a predator following the brutal rape of a teenage girl on Tunbridge Wells Common. The attack took place between 8pm and 9pm on Saturday, 18 October 2025.
The victim was walking home along Victoria Road when a man approached her. He then walked with her towards Mount Ephraim before dragging her into a secluded wooded area near Molyneux Park Road. There, he threatened her and carried out the sickening assault.
Police have described the suspect as a white male in his mid-30s, approximately 5ft 8in tall, with dark hair tied in a bun, a goatee beard, and moustache. He was wearing a blue jacket and carrying an orange drawstring bag. During the incident, he was seen riding a thick-tyred bicycle.
Kent Police are conducting a thorough investigation. Forensic teams are examining the scene while officers review CCTV footage and carry out door-to-door enquiries. The police remain on high alert in the Tunbridge Wells area.
