Kent Fire and Rescue Service responded rapidly after smoke and flames were seen coming from a vehicle on James Whatman Way in Maidstone.

Two fire engines arrived on the scene, equipped with breathing apparatus. Firefighters used a compressed air foam system (CAFs) along with high-pressure hose reel jets to extinguish the fire quickly and efficiently.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported during the incident. Officials believe the fire was accidental in origin. Kent Police were also present to assist with the investigation and ensure safety in the area.
