Police investigating a fatal collision near Pembury have released an important image as they urgently seek witnesses. They are particularly keen to speak to the occupants of a blue Ford Fiesta who stopped at the Esso petrol station on Pembury Bypass at approximately 6.41pm, shortly after the crash.

The deadly collision occurred on Saturday 20 December 2025 at around 6.40pm near Old Church Road on the A228 Pembury Northern Bypass. A black Triumph motorcycle and a light-coloured Jaguar, both travelling towards Tunbridge Wells, collided head-on with a silver Ford van travelling in the opposite direction.

Emergency services rushed to the scene, but tragically the motorbike rider and his female passenger, both in their 30s, were pronounced dead at the scene. Next of kin have been informed.

Kent Police are appealing for anyone with dashcam or mobile phone footage from the area to come forward immediately. They are especially eager to hear from anyone who was in the blue Ford Fiesta at the time.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Kent Police on 01622 798538, quoting reference EW/DCG/090/25, or email [email protected]. Dashcam footage can also be uploaded via the official online portal.
