Emergency crews responded to a five-car crash on the A2 coastbound near Bean, close to Dartford, on the evening of Friday, June 14. The incident occurred just before 6 PM during the busy rush hour period.

Kent Police confirmed that there were no serious injuries resulting from the collision. A police spokesperson stated, “Looks like a five-car collision on the A2 coastbound near Bean. No serious injuries are reported on our log. We were called shortly before 6 PM and cleared the scene by around 8:30 PM.”

The A2 was fully cleared by 8:30 PM, allowing traffic to return to normal after a two-hour delay. Authorities have urged drivers to remain alert and maintain safe following distances to help prevent similar accidents in the future.
