A man in his 40s was discovered dead inside a toilet at Barrack Row Bus Station in Gravesend on Saturday morning.

Emergency services, including police and paramedics, responded promptly after receiving an alert at 9:33 a.m. reporting a body at the station.

Officers cordoned off the area and set up a white tent outside the toilet facilities while conducting their investigation. Two police cars and an ambulance were present at the scene as emergency personnel worked swiftly.

A Kent Police spokesperson stated: “Officers and paramedics attended the scene where a man in his 40s was confirmed to be deceased. His next of kin have been informed.”

The death is being treated as non-suspicious, and a report is being prepared for the coroner. The ambulance service has also been contacted for further information.
