Kent Police have conducted a raid on a pawnbroker in Bromley, recovering a significant collection of stolen jewellery and luxury watches. Among the items seized are several rings, including one engraved with the personal message “Chris to Lyne.” The haul also features high-end watches from renowned brands such as Omega, Longines, and Raymond Weil.
The recovered goods are connected to at least 10 burglaries that occurred across West Kent, specifically in Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, and Tunbridge Wells, between October 2023 and February 2024. Detectives are investigating whether the stolen items are linked to other offences, potentially extending beyond Kent’s borders.
Two men have been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit burglary and are currently released on bail while inquiries continue. Kent Police have released images of the recovered jewellery and watches, appealing to the public to help identify the rightful owners.
