A shocking sex attack occurred on a train traveling between Stockport and Sheffield at around 12.30pm on Monday 18 April. A man sexually assaulted a woman during a lengthy attack on the train.
The British Transport Police (BTP) are urgently appealing for help to find the suspect. They have asked anyone who recognises the attacker or has any information to contact them immediately.
People can text 61016 or call 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 2200038110. Additionally, information can be reported anonymously and in confidence via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
The police are urging the public to come forward to help get this predator off the streets.
