On December 1, a 36-year-old man took the number 1 bus from Farnborough to Aldershot, getting off near the railway station just after 7.30pm. Hampshire Police are now urgently seeking witnesses related to this journey to assist with their ongoing investigation.
A Hampshire Police spokesperson said: “We specifically want to speak with the person seen at the top of the stairs in the photo, who got off the bus at the same time. If this is you, or if you were on the bus that evening, please call 101. Any information you have could assist our investigation.”
In addition, police have launched an online portal to collect CCTV, dashcam, Ring doorbell, or other footage from around December 1 that may show Kiran’s movements. Members of the public are encouraged to submit any relevant videos or photos here: https://orlo.uk/jdVDh.
Five people have been arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with the case:
- A 21-year-old man from Farnborough
- A 20-year-old man from Farnborough
- A 17-year-old boy from Farnborough
- A 29-year-old man from Fleet
- A 36-year-old man from Aldershot
All five suspects have been released on bail while enquiries continue.
Kiran is described as approximately 5ft 8ins to 5ft 9ins tall, with short black hair, brown eyes, and a slim face. He has a distinctive scar on his chin and has connections to Aldershot, Farnborough, Basingstoke, and Andover.
