Police were called to a massive gang brawl on London Road, Croydon, at 5.30pm on Monday, 2 January. Officers arrived alongside the London Ambulance Service to find chaos unfolding.
A man in his 20s was rushed to hospital with a stab wound to his hand. Police have stated that his injuries could be life-changing.
Officers arrested another man at the scene on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. He is currently held at a south London police station.
