Three individuals have been arrested in connection with the murder of Elle Edwards, as police continue to seek more information from the public. Over the past 10 days, crucial CCTV footage and key details about individuals and tensions have been submitted to both police and Crimestoppers.
Of the three arrested, two have been released on bail, while a third has been remanded back into custody. Authorities remain committed to uncovering the full circumstances surrounding Elle’s death.
Detective Superintendent Sue Coombs expressed gratitude to those who have come forward so far. She said, “I want to thank everyone who has come forward with what they know. This is a fast-moving, complex case. Every single piece of info helps us piece together what happened at the Lighthouse pub on 1 Eve.”
She added, “We urge more people to speak up. If you don’t want to talk to police directly, Crimestoppers offers a confidential way to share details.”
Members of the public are encouraged to upload any information, CCTV, dashcam, or mobile footage related to the case via the special confidential line on 0800 555 111.
Detectives have warned, “Those responsible for Elle’s death must not be protected. Elle deserves justice.” The investigation remains ongoing as police work to bring those accountable to justice.
